It took us two years of research and development to understand the intricacies and extreme accuracy required to ensure 100% precision when cutting resilient flooring materials.

CR Tech developed our own Oscillating Cutting capability - precisely accurate and tailored exclusively to the flooring industry. Unlike Waterjet cutting or Laser Cutting, our process provides a high- speed process resulting in lower cost over Waterjet Floor Cutting. It also eliminates the risk of water damaging self- adhesive backed flooring materials the emerging highly sustainable new industry trend. Our Cutting process involves a multi-zoned vacuum which locks material onto our cutting surface to ensure there is ZERO movement while cutting. The result: Tight tolerance, perfect corners, precise accuracy and undetectable seams when butting material together.
